In recent years, some restoration work have been made to create a charming tourist accommodation, with swimming pools, tennis courts, restaurants and lodgings. This unique property, thanks to an accurate restoration work enhancing the historical and cultural value, can be brought back to its original splendor, gaining more interest. The marinas of Pulsano distance only 5 kms, the sandy beaches of San Pietro in Bevagna 32 kms, Martina Franca and the other sought-after places in Valle d'Itria 44 kms, Brindisi and the airport 67 kms, and Lecce, the renowned town of Baroque, about 80 kms.
